MQ is the common thread in every great human endeavor, every triumph, and every significant obstacle overcome.
Through this discussion, participants will learn tools, techniques and strategies to increase their team's Motivational Intelligence (MQ) and leverage the Growth Mindset that it creates. They will walk away with powerful insights on being a better people leader and better coach/mentor to their team.

Next Session: This course is delivered in 6 sessions, which are held on April 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th and 27th. All sessions begin promptly at 9:30 am EST and run until noon EST. To receive the full benefits of this course, it is recommended that you attend all six sessions.
