Train the Trainer Certification - 2Coach, 2Mentor
Perhaps the single most overlooked skillset of being a leader is coaching and mentoring. Somehow the ever-present fires, meetings and management tasks always see to take precedence over people development and building bench strength on a team. It’s not that leaders feel that developing talent is unimportant. 2logical’s 2coach, 2mentor course is a proven process that builds a leader’s confidence in their coaching abilities, increases awareness on why employees struggle and provides simple to use tools they can leverage to dramatically increase the impact of their interactions with their team. Built upon more than three decades of practical experience coupled with the latest insights on cognitive psychology, the 2coach, 2mentor process teaches leaders how to:

Through the certification process, 2logical’s Master Trainers will work with your team to:
- Customize the content and materials specifically for your organizations unique needs
- Assure knowledge transfer and a high level of expertise in delivering the course
- Coach and mentor your trainers to become even more powerful communicators
Training content
Step 1: Experience the Program as a Participant
We recommend that you begin your certification by expereincing the course. This can be done in one of two ways:
- Participate in the class through one of 2logical virtual sessions
- Conduct an internal pilot class for a select group of your employees and your trainer(s) that are looking to be certified. This approach allows 2logical to begin the specific due-diligence/customization for your organization and it also serves to build momentum for the program within your organization. After the completion of the pilot class,we then launch the Train-the-Trainer Process:, your 2logical Master Trainer will review the Train-the-Trainer Kit, discuss the evaluation criteria, and set the certification schedule and expectations.
Step 2: Certification Program Launch - Virtual Meeting
- Review program materials
- Discuss optimal methods of learning the program
- Establish certification expectations and timeline for certification
- Overview and explanation of program modules
- Q&A session with your 2logical Master Trainer
Step 3: Teach-back Sessions – Virtual Teach Back and Coaching Meetings
Each 2logical program is designed in a modular format (from course to course, the number of modules will vary depending on the length of the program). This makes the learning and certification process easier for the people being certified. Each Virtual Teach Back and Coaching Meeting will include:
- Your Trainer teaching-back to the 2logical Master Trainer one or two modules from the course
- One-on-one coaching after teach-back
- Overview and explanation of the next modules
- Q&A session with your 2logical Master Trainer
Step 4: Certification Sign-off Virtual Meeting
After successfully teaching back each module of the course, your 2logical Master Trainer will sign-off on your certification and you will be fully certified to teach the course.
Step 5: Congratulations
You are now a Certified 2logical Trainer! As a Certified 2logical Trainer, you're able to deliver award winning, world-renowned programs that will have a significant positive impact on both participants and the organization as a whole. So congratulations - you're ready to start changing some lives!
