Retaining and Expanding within your client base is mission critical to the long-term health of your business. Your clients need to realize the business value of their investment before they communicate their intent to renew or expand into new use cases. Your Customer Success Managers are the key to driving value within their accounts. The challenge is that they are constantly drug into support escalations and the tyranny of the urgent quickly replaces the strategically important…putting long term client value at risk.

This workshop is designed to help your team expand their influence within their accounts, elevate their conversations to drive value, secure renewals, and open new revenue opportunities through expanded use case identification. The day begins by helping them understand common mistakes common to their role, so they better understand the impact and missed opportunities their status quo presents. They will come out of this section with a deeper desire to broaden their base of contacts within their accounts.

Who should attend?

This course is for anyone who works with customers and/or in a customer service role.

Training content

Participants are provided with practical skills to prepare them for difficult customer situations, moving toward resolution with active listening and objection handling frameworks. Students gain confidence in their ability to lead these conversations as they are made aware of the choices they can make in the moment to steer clients in the right direction. This allows participants to rise above the minutia of reactive tasks create space for strategic conversations.

Finally, participants learn an agile discovery framework to help them uncover client motivations. This enables participants to drive value, and open doors to additional stakeholders that may implement new use cases, buy additional licenses, and ensure renewals.

This workshop provided me with clear steps in getting the most out of clients around thier KBOs
