Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - On-site

Acuity Institute includes unlimited instructor and customer service support at no extra cost. An upgrade to MInitab Statistical software is available at an additional fee.
Training is offered as Blended Learning. Blended learning is a combination of online pre-work and 2 separated weeks of facilitated classroom training. Typically, there is 4-6 weeks between the 2 facilitated sessions. The online pre-work is designed to introduce the Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts. The onsite instructor-led workshop are engaging and focused on the application of the Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts for delivering business results. The Acuity instructor-led training is interactive and leverages team exercises and group discussions. Workshops can be customized to incorporate your organization's needs and objectives.
