I enjoyed the break out segments that allowed us to knowledge share amongst our groups and practice the skills and techniques we were learning about.

The seminar on increasing employee engagement was really interesting to me. Not only did I pick up some new skills, but I also gained a deeper understanding of the reasons why it is essential to maintain the engagement of my team.

It's not hard to grasp the concepts being taught because of the instructor's lively and engaged approach to class. I had a wonderful experience and will most certainly be signing up for further courses in the near and far future.
