iLead Challenges: Leadership Simulation Series

Accelerate development of leadership skills.

The iLead Challenges interactive simulations accelerate the development of  leadership skills by immersing managers in simulated computer-based scenarios.  Managers must make critical decisions to lead and manage team members and address realistic challenges and issues.

The simulations can also be delivered either online or as an engaging one-day training session for a team. There are 5 simulations in the series: Managing Performance, Coaching and Feedback, Coaching for Consistency, Delegation and Team Development, and Engaging Team Members.  

In the simulation, managers work together to share experiences and learn from one another. The scenarios use cinematic story lines and responsive simulated characters to explore and establish best practices in leadership and managing teams.
