Jeff was absolutely excellent training on a difficult and comprehensive topic. Is the use of stories to make the class memorable and affective was superb.

Lots of relevant information, but was fed faster than could easily be processed. Need to slow it down or break it into a couple of sessions not all at one time.

As a technical leader, the content of the course was outside of my comfort zone, but necessary to grow, develop, and maintain a functional team at all levels. The reality is individuals now need more emotional attention than years ago, so leaders must be knowledgeable and aware of these needs to perform.
