Great but I think attendees should be asked if there contact info can be shared with other classmates so that we can stay in touch from a networking stand point . Also , some snacks or at least breakfast should be provided. A reminder email should have been sent out to antendees the week before also.

I felt the room temperature was very warm. I did not say anything because I know you can't please everyone, however, a cooler room temperature would be helpful.

This is my first experience with AMA. I'm very impressed. I thought the training was very good. I thought the instructor was very skilled in facilitating and allowing for practical application. His personal experience helped shed light on questions and helped to explain major points.

Very knowledgeable, shared her own experiences and involved the entire class in the discussion.

Overall, I did not feel the instructor was totally prepared to facilitate this course. Much of the material was hurried, a lot was read word for word from the workbook or directly from the powerpoint slides. The Instructor was very engaging and shared great examples and stories that enhanced the materials.

Michael was an excellent presenter. The subject matter is informative, but dry. He kept us engaged. I have recommended to my office that if they send anyone else to this class, to try to get Michael.

DrKammerdiener was good in explaining in detail all the various ts of the training.
