Sales Presence

In a commoditized market where technology has driven much of the buying process online, the most successful sales professionals differentiate themselves and their companies through the quality of their personal relationships with clients. After all, when products and services appear equal, people will buy from those they like and trust. Sales Presence enables higher levels of performance by empowering Account Managers, Field Representatives, Consultants and other Sales Professionals to make authentic connections with clients, build trust and inspire forward action. We call this ability presence.

Learning Objectives

Sales Presenceis a highly experiential classroom program that provides a laboratory environment for participants to develop self-awareness and practice applying presence skills in a variety of relevant sales situations.

Participants leave with the ability to:

  • Leverage emotional intelligence to increase credibility and build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Differentiate themselves by articulating the unique value they bring to any sales conversation.
