This is how sales is done. Most sales people present their products without knowing exactly what the customer is doing, what their problems are, who is the decision maker, how they have solved similar problems in the past with other customers, etc........

I believe it's always good to self-reflect on how you approach and communicate with others. We discussed how people can be unaware of their behaviors. So by going through this course, and walking through the steps to effective communication and management, you learn things about yourself that you can improve upon.
