Customer Service Training

Many customer service reps are reluctant to sell because they believe that selling is all about manipulating the customer and that their role is to help the customer. This problem is actually the hidden solution to encouraging your CSRs to sell.

This two-day in-house Customer Service Training program was created for CSRs whose responsibility it is to both deliver assistance to customers and grow incremental revenue with every phone call. Customer service reps are very different from typical sales reps and they need a suitable set of skills and a different philosophy about approaching customer needs. In addition, working on the phone presents a set of problems all on its own. Because ASLAN has been working to change the way that contact center organizations sell since 1996, they have a strong understanding of the challenges associated with selling and managing customers over the phone. This workshop will prepare your reps, your managers, and your organization as a whole to transition.
