The experience and knowledge of our group and the instructor as well as the experience of actually going through a blended learning program added a lot of interesting perspective. The program provided great tools and a wealth of information from activities, ...

This program really takes you through the entire process of blended learning. You participate as a learner but are also required to bring something related to your job to work on so you get the trainer/designer aspect as well.

I think everyone should take this program, whether you are new to training or have been in the field for many years, because everyone in the group learned something new. Being new to the training field with no prior education in training, I feel I am on the right track after taking this course.

Preparing for the CPLP Knowledge Exam requires a lot of reading. This workshop helped me focus on AOEs that I needed to read more. Discussions that took place both during and after class helped clarify issues. An opportunity to work with an excellent instructor and to interact with fellow students who had similar goals. I also got access to exc...

My favorite takeaways from the program were the overview of the coaching process and the tips and tools shared by the trainer. This is a good, comprehensive program for those who are coaches or learning to be coaches who don't have the time or money for a full coaching certificate from CTI. I have been a professional coach for over 30 years. I...

I've been in the HR field for under a year and am currently working on earning a master's degree in HRM; the ability to take what we do and learn as a team versus in the classroom with strangers was an amazing experience, especially the break-out groups. The work was fun and interesting. I've not only learned more about my role, but also made fr...

I would recommend this program because it gives the skills to walk the client to the solution by identifying the root cause first. Treat the cause not the symptom.

I loved the hands-on, interactive approach to learning. It made it fun and engaging, learning in the moment every moment. The time flew and I just wish I'd had more time to drill down even deeper. I left the training with a plethora of new knowledge on film production and an eagerness to put everything into practice. The program was in depth; t...

I would recommend this program because it's hands on and a nice balance between theory and practical experience. The facilitator did a wonderful job of making it relevant to our organization, and even took the time to get to know our strategy and make links, which had a huge impact on the group. We had a mixed participant session, from frontline...
