Leading with Kindness is all about turning the tables from the misconception that "leading with kindness is weak" to the new workplace reality that "leading with kindness is strong." It is a journey of discovering the tools that will assist you in becoming an inspirational leader for the future of work—today!

Our courses come in five sections, each with interactive Tutorials, interactive Application Activities, Knowledge Checks, and Final Exams. You’ll have all the tools necessary to transfer knowledge into immediate actionable behaviors.
We have five  courses available in this Diversity, Equality and Inclusion series that focus on Fundamentals - Why lead with kindness, Holistic Well-Being, Valuing differences, Purposeful communication, Coaching and Mentoring

This course is available as self-paced e-learning or as a blended learning course with your own coach based in your region.

We have five  courses available in this Lead with Kindness series that focus on:

1. Fundamentals - Why lead with kindness?

Understanding what the main components of leading with kindness are, and looking at the impact of kind leadership on self-awareness, empathy & mindset. Identifying the benefits of leading with kindness for high performance.

2. Holistic Well-Being

Clarifying the connection between well-being and leading with kindness and identifying the benefits of a holistic well-being dimension for leadership. Discover strategies to apply well-being initiatives as part of a regular kind leadership practice, in order to build trust and psychological safety.

3. Valuing differences

Understanding the essential elements that make us different and identifying different ways in which individuals make an impact and contribution in leading and in teams. Moving from individual contributions to the team to applying an understanding of differences in how teams perform.

4. Purposeful communication

Clarifying the elements that make effective communication work and identifying the top three communication skills for leading with kindness. Applying practical tools to develop these skills further.

5. Coaching and Mentoring

Understanding the importance of team learning for high performance and psychological safety. Identifying solutions to coach and mentor your team and applying practical tools that help build a self-coaching team.
