Training content

Week 1

  • Detailed discussions with you and key stakeholders to allow us to better understand your productivity goals
  • A baseline assessment and Thrive Scorecard

Week 2-7 (6 sessions)

  • Power implementation sessions to develop a priority management system, clear your email inbox, establish a proactive routine, and organize your digital and physical workspaces, overcome procrastination, and apply the Simplify Filter to work and home

Week 8

  • Follow-up session to ensure your new productivity tools and systems are effective and fully customized
  • Introduction to your Executive Coach

Week 9

  • Detailed discussions with you and key stakeholders to allow us to better understand your collaboration goals

Weeks 10-15 (6 sessions)

  • Power coaching sessions concentrated on your chosen areas of focus

Week 16

  • Wrap-up session to review goals, identify areas of success and ongoing improvement
  • A post-coaching assessment and Thrive Scorecard
