Negotiation Skills Training
When in business, you will need at some point to negotiate with others in order to get the best deal you can for your company.
Negotiation skills are important, because you need to agree practical solutions that promote your best interests and yet also satisfies the other person’s needs.
This one-day in-house negotiation skills training course covers the twelve most important skills of negotiation. You will learn what preparation you should do before the negotiation meeting and what you should do during the negotiation.
Corporate Coach Group is CPD accredited. This course qualifies for six CPD training hours, plus additional independent post-course learning.
This course can be delivered face-to-face on your premises, or via Microsoft Teams as Interactive Online Learning.

Course content was highly beneficial. Some aspects I was aware of and use, but also new methods learnt that I will look to practice, ie 6 step method and emotional danger zone. Chris was amazing. He presented in a fun and enticing way, interesting and thorough.
