Course description

Inclusive Leadership

We all have biases. This program targets those seeking to be the best leaders they can, by incorporating inclusive leadership practices into their everyday lives. In addition to inclusivity being a good thing for employee engagement and retention, investing time, energy, and even money into it is good for your organization’s bottom line. Forward-thinking company leaders believe that their organization’s composition should reflect the diversity of their customers and the world at large. Research shows that more inclusive companies are more likely to capture new markets and 1.7 times more likely to be innovation leaders.
