Knowledge Sharing Through Mentoring
In this course, participants will realize the value of sharing organizational knowledge through the process of peer mentoring and coaching. This session will focus on facilitating intentional conversations in pairs or teams using skillful communication strategies and skills. Participants will practice and develop key concepts for future use in current and future teams.
Who should attend?
The target audience is executive leaders, department leaders, managers, and project managers. This course can be beneficial for all employees. The competencies covered include strategic mindset, communication, developing leadership, driving for performance, and developing others.

- Define current needs and a flexing approach for employee stage, personality and learning styles.
- Facilitate discussion with questions – Ask, Listen, Tell (Teach).
- Build and organize a peer coaching format.
- Plan through special cases: trust, common goals, learning style, rewards, using social media and online tools.
- Develop a practice for continuously sharing key organizational and team knowledge through mentoring relationships.
- Learn the advantages of developing knowledge sharing mindsets and practices as part of everyday leadership.
- Create a deeper trust and understanding of the business and a more global take on his or her work and its impact on the business.
