Course description

Strategic Planning and Executing

The strategic planning process typically involves various organizational roles and resources necessary to effectively enact a four-step process. The process starts with strategic planning, then moves to decision making, planning, and, finally, managing the deployment of the plan. This course will enable participants to develop and deploy a strategic plan and to understand the strategic planning process from creating through executing, monitoring, and controlling the deployment of an organization’s strategy.

Participants will join in on analyzing their organization’s current strengths and weaknesses, strategizing on the direction to best position it for success, and then designing an action plan to make that strategy a reality.
