So much information to learn. As someone who is new to facilitating this was a great course to take. I look forward to using all the tools in future course offerings.

The training was very thorough and helped me get a good understanding of the different styles. I feel like I now have a firm enough grasp to be able to explain the behavior styles and reports to others. I also walked away with some ideas for creative discussion/assessment to promote a deeper understanding.

Wilma was great. Very engaging and knowledgable. I would have liked a few more breakouts, more discussion and a bit less content. I have been training on DISC for 4.5 years so most of this was information I already knew. That said, I know that many of the students were fairly new to DISC.
