One-on-One Sensitivity Training

One-on-one sensitivity training for managers is for those who have been accused of harassment or discriminatory remarks, or have issues communicating with their staff and are required by their companies to attend a sensitivity course. Unfortunately, they may have been through an online training that was not effective, or if trained in a classroom setting, they may be reluctant to ask questions directly related to their situation. Taught on-site by one of our highly skilled attorney-trainers, our one-on-one sensitivity training includes discussions with your management and Human Resources regarding specific allegations, results of an investigation, so we can tailor this sensitivity training to meet your desired learning objectives.

Meeting content includes:

  • The legal definition of sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation

  • Guidelines for future conduct

Format: One-on-one. This sensitivity training is updated annually and includes your organization’s policies and procedures, case studies and extensive Q & A. Our instructors are seasoned attorneys, experienced trainers, and skilled facilitators.
