Emotional intelligence is recognized as a key leadership trait essential for successful project management practice. FIU’s one-day Achieving Project Success Through Emotional Intelligence program provides exposure to practical, real-world best practices for instilling emotional intelligence methods within the realm of project management.
Beyond the technical mechanics of the project management tools and techniques, project leaders require soft skills and motivational capabilities in order to manage teams and stakeholders. The program provides participants with portable knowledge, skills, techniques, and tools in order to improve capabilities for managing or delivering project deliverables, while improving organizational performance.
