Right now, I'm learning about giving and receiving useful critique. At one point, I was so excited about the future of mediation and conflict resolution techniques replacing the predominance of the litigation model in the US, that I thought I'd get a certificate. Appreciated question/answer responses!

The most useful thing I learned in this workshop was: How to approach diversity in a way that honors the differences between people. I will you be able to implement these skills from my training: Asking more question. My favorite part of the day was: The doll quiz was fascinating and devastating.

The most useful thing I learned in this workshop was: Strategies for guiding to knowledge, rather than telling. Mindfully communicating about mistakes I make, and modelling good responses to doing the wrong thing. The pre-lunch diversity workshop was extremely well-targeted

All good stuff here. Much of the session was the facilitators asking questions and then listening to thoughts. It was interesting to hear perspectives and experiences. It was a challenge for me.
