All good stuff here. Much of the session was the facilitators asking questions and then listening to thoughts. It was interesting to hear perspectives and experiences. It was a challenge for me.

The most useful tool I learned is to ask more questions. My favorite part of the day was workshopping the real-life scenarios that we were encountering.

I loved the way they facilitators handled the presentation. The way they handled people commenting and asking questions was a great example of how we should be responding. The facilitators were excellent and encouraging, I think they brought a lot of value and really made the environment a safe one where people felt comfortable sharing.

Help students figure out what's wrong before jumping into how to fix it! I'll use this every session from now on, because it promotes the thought processes that developers use to debug .
