All good stuff here. Much of the session was the facilitators asking questions and then listening to thoughts. It was interesting to hear perspectives and experiences. It was a challenge for me.

I loved the way they facilitators handled the presentation. The way they handled people commenting and asking questions was a great example of how we should be responding. The facilitators were excellent and encouraging, I think they brought a lot of value and really made the environment a safe one where people felt comfortable sharing.
