Engaging Your Full Potential

Leadership development is about addressing blind spots and bringing out the best in every individual. Well developed leaders are self-aware, have the skills needed to engage in healthy conflict, consistently bring their best to work, and can inspire others to do the same.

A full-day leadership development workshop that provides participants with the key tools needed to ensure effective leadership. In this one day, workshop participants gain new insights, acquire practical tools, and achieve a deeper understanding of their strengths as a leader.

Leaders who participate in Engaging Your Full Potential to acquire the skills needed to:

  • Provide and receive feedback that develops
  • Stretch into new leadership challenges and opportunities
  • Engage in high conflict situations with greater ease
  • Self regulate during times of stress and upheaval

This program is designed for emerging leaders, managers, and directors who are ready to expand their leadership scope and reach. This program is ideal for groups of 12-40 participants.

Training content

Training Content:


  1. Laying the foundation for leadership
  2. Exploring transparency and sharing
  3. Discovering leadership blind spots
  4. Creating powerful outcomes through conflict
  5. Identifying core strengths

Results:

  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for development in your leadership
  • Enhance interpersonal skills to develop a better network
  • Improve your leadership communication skills
  • Experience confidence in addressing critical issues when the stakes are high
  • Willingness to stretch into new leadership challenges
  • Build a strong internal network with your peers and colleagues

Course delivery details

The Basics:

  • Full day in-person session 
  • 12 participant minimum
  • Workbooks, materials included
  • Optional add ons:
    • Leadership assessments
    • 90 minute - 3 hour follow on sessions 
    • coaching and group coaching is available as well
