Course description

Materials and Spare Parts Management

Maintenance materials are a large part of any plant’s operating costs and not having what is needed when it is needed, impacts productivity, reliability, morale and the bottom line.

Spare Parts Management and an organized maintenance storeroom is one of the key processes that support effective maintenance planning and scheduling and equipment reliability improvement.
