Course description
Prioritizing Power Skills Gratitude, Appreciation, Acknowledgment
Power skills are abilities and behaviors that facilitate working with others. They’re the skills that enable project professionals to be successful in the workplace.
Webinar Overview
The ability to inspire, engage and empower the project team, and being credible and trustworthy with stakeholders are power skills that organizations increasingly value in high-performing project managers. Using these skills can help you lead successful teams, engage stakeholders, and conquer challenges in the project plan.
Power skills also enable you to ask team members to run the “extra mile”, appreciate them in both an authentic and profound way, and manage, communicate, and escalate project risks.
Join us as Judith W. Umlas and Dr. Rodolfo De Acutis discuss how power skills can enable your success as a project manager.
