CM2-07 Optimization of Core Business Processes (On-site)
Optimization of Core Business Processes (CM2-07) is the seventh course in our CM2-Professional enterprise change and configuration management series. CM2-07 is an extension of the CM2-C series and is focused on the remaining eleven core processes to expand and integrate the CM2 methodology into the other disciplines within the organization. To successfully achieve the requirements of each of those remaining core processes in an efficient and effective manner, the proper foundation must be created.
A course certificate is awarded upon completion. CM2 courses are eligible for CEUs from Purdue University.

- Online Self-Paced Duration: 16-20 Hours
Virtual Instructor-Led Course Details:
Virtual courses will be administered real-time through Zoom. Courses are provided in full-day and half-day formats. Digital course manual is provided with the option to purchase a printed copy. Start and end times for the courses are Eastern Time.
Online Self-Paced Course Details:
All online courses are self-paced, pre-recorded lessons offered on our new, innovative learning platform the IDEA Academy.. Each course takes approximately 16 hours to complete. Students post to discussion boards and submit workshops to a live instructor who is available for questions and guidance.
