What is Absence and Disability management and why is it necessary? Learn the comonents involved in an Integrated Disability and Absence Management (IDAM) program the key roles and responsibilities associated with it, and the Federal and state laws that apply. This is the first component in the Certified Professional in Disability Management certification.
