AgilePM is one of the most widely used Project Management solutions in the UK today, particularly in industries which focus on delivering products or services to customers. The AgilePM approach is incremental in that it addresses each stage of a project individually and reviews the status and progress of projects frequently. This makes any threats or deviations to the project outcome obvious and easy to plan against. AgilePM uses the DSDM framework as a guiding influence and borrows from DSDM’s principles to ensure that projects are managed to meet their best potential. These principles can be applied to projects of any scale, and are compatible with both simple and highly complex projects.
It is also recommended that you be familiar with the information presented in Foundation, as AgilePM Practitioner builds off of the concepts introduced in that level of learning.
