A Programme Manager is responsible for organising and coordinating multiple projects which all share a common or related outcome as their goal, and this MSP Foundation Accredited Course aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge to manage projects at this scale – skills which are valuable to both Programme Managers and Project Managers. The learning material in this course is fully accredited by AXELOS, meaning that after completing this course you will be prepared to sit the MSP Foundation exam. Students who successfully pass this exam will be awarded an official MSP Foundation certificate from AXELOS, which is a prerequisite to attempting the MSP Practitioner exam.

The MSP framework is based on three primary concepts, which are: MSP Principles – which are based on both positive and negative feedback given by experienced Programme Managers. MSP Governance Themes – which act to structure the organisation’s Programme Management approach. MSP Transformational Flow – outlines the path from the beginning of a programme through to its conclusion.
