MSP® Practitioner (Online course)
MSP Practitioner is the second level of learning in the internationally recognised Managing Successful Programmes certifications, and this fully accredited training course can prepare you for taking the exam and obtaining the certification.
A programme consists of a collection of projects which all share a common goal – whether that be the expansion of an organisation or implementing business changes or improvements. A Programme Manager is the individual who is responsible for coordinating these separate projects and directing the project team leaders towards objectives that will benefit the long term goals of the organisation.
With this course you will learn the important skills and techniques necessary to effectively perform the role of Programme Manager, and how to apply them practically to programmes. MSP is one of the most widely adopted Programme Management frameworks and is a valuable source of knowledge for both Programme Managers and senior level Project Managers.
This MSP Practitioner training course builds on the knowledge provided in the MSP Foundation level of training, and focuses on expanding on that knowledge and outlining how it can be applied in a practical way.
