Virtual classroom training was GREAT! I came into it very nervous about being able to effectively and efficiently absorb a mass amount of new content but the preparation, knowledge and presentation methods were perfect.  I left feeling less anxious (and even excited) about this journey.

Black Belt certification has enabled me to deliver significant productivity and quality benefits to the business. I now manage twelve major projects, and have become recognized as a source of knowledge and support. Black Belt traning also definitely assisted me in obtaining global process excellence.
