Through this five-day course from LEORON Professional Development Institute participants will gain advanced knowledge of agile tools and techniques in project management - supported by a global PMI-ACP certification.
The course will enable participants to embrace and adapt agile techniques in order to successfully manage projects, as well as how to overcome key challenges. The global certification demonstrates a high level of professional credibility as it requires a blended mix of agile training, experience working on agile projects, and an examination on agile principles, practices, tools and techniques.

Participants will learn to:
- Apply agile practices on specific project situations
- Understand the agile approach, during the requirement, analysis, design, development, tests and deployment phases
- Understand the challenges of the agile approach in project management
- Determine if the agile approach is an option considering the project situation and environment
- Adapt the agile approach
