The Certified Bank Performance Specialist is a specialty program for banking professionals who are concerned with the measurement and control of bank performance. This highly interactive course aims to improve the financial awareness of those who seek to generate superior shareholder returns. Banking is a highly competitive activity and bank management is under increasing pressure to improve their performance. The recent financial crisis and consequent bail-outs of financial institutions and general market volatility has placed renewed focus on how banks judge themselves and their industry peers from the perspective of performance and risk.
