ILM Solving Problems and Making Decisions (In-House)
The ability to solve problems and make timely decisions is an extremely vital skill for anyone who wishes to do business successfully. This five-day workshop will guide Participants through the process of recognising problems, help develop options and provide a framework for decision making with an emphasis on creativity and lateral thinking. It will also provide the learners with tools to manage change in an organisation with an emphasis on the importance of communication. Finally, it will offer the learners techniques to manage the kinds of conflict in the workplace that change can almost inevitably bring about.
