The role of the business analyst has become increasingly important in the realm of product management. This is mainly because unsatisfied project stakeholders have begun forcing organisations to be more proactive in accurately gathering requirements for the project.
This programme will prepare participants to get certified as a Project Management Institute Professional in Business (PMI-PBA).
