RCM2 F Reliability Centered Maintenance - Facilitator
RCM2 is the leading RCM methodology used to determine the maintenance requirements of any physical asset in its operating context. It is used to decide what must be done to ensure that any physical asset, system or process continues to do whatever its users want it to do. The RCM2 process seeks to identify a suitable failure management policy for dealing with each failure mode in the light of its consequences and technical characteristics. The RCM2 process provides precise criteria for deciding how often routine tasks should be done.

- Preparing for a zero-based analysis and writing the operating context
- Facilitating a RCM2 analysis on a zero based case study using EXP Professional softwar
DAY 5
- Facilitating functions and functional failure development of the zero based case study
- Setting analysis performance stan- dards
- Feedback and coaching on analysis
DAY 6-8
- Facilitating failure modes and failure effects development of the zero based case study
- Evaluating failure consequences and describing tasks adequately using the RCM2 Decision Diagram
- Feedback and coaching on analysis
DAY 9
- Hidden failures and the determina- tion of failure finding interval (FFI)
DAY 10
- Complete the zero based case study analysis
- Prepare a RCM2 analysis report and present to an RCM2 Practitioner
- Understanding change and change management
