While there are many reasons for this - women in business is a key element. Whether that be greater representation in various industries, more women working, addressing gender pay gaps but crucially it's about the roles women take in business - Senior and Board roles.
This gap however won't address itself and that's why LEORON are proud to support and deliver the "Women Who Lead" corporate development program.
The Program works with businesses to create and tailor specific programs to support women take increasingly more senior roles by giving women the skills, confidence and knowledge to progress and succeed in all types of businesses.
We do this by working with business to design the Program, utilising our experience in doing such programs, from our long list of courses and accreditations, building in your culture and values, so that at the end, Participants are ready to drive change in their business and society.
Who should attend?
The program is designed for women within organisations trying to address gender inequality. Levels are determined by the business whether that be junior, mid or senior level.
