The Emotional Connection (EmC) process empowers you to engage team members and resolve workplace conflicts. 

By learning the EmC process, your team will be able to collaborate and communicate more effectively, boosting creativity and commitment. With EmC, you can help your team to move forward and be productive again.It is the next level of emotional intelligence. 

Disengagement and conflict at work can be frustrating. It can cause miscommunication, low productivity, and dysfunction on your team. Sometimes, the conflict is obvious: it might show up as angry outbursts and loud confrontations. At other times, conflict hides underground and takes the form of stonewalling, sabotage, or passive-aggressive behavior that erodes trust, creativity, and engagement. A disengagement is actually a form of unresolved conflict.

The EmC Master Class will show you how to create psychological safety, work with three levels of emotions, master the skills needed to de-escalate negative emotions, engage team members, resolve workplace conflicts, and establish trust.

You will practice using six (6) EmC Tools and will learn five (5) techniques for managing difficult conversations. You will also experience a Case Study and watch Live EmC Sessions so you will be ready to apply your new skills in the workplace.
