The Emotional Connection (EmC) process is the next level of emotional intelligence that will empower you to take your emotional connection skills to the next level.

In the EmC Train the Trainer Course, you will master new EmC Tools, learn to run reconnection sessions for team members in conflict and practice using advanced emotional connection techniques.

You will complete a series of Team Training exercises to prepare you to train others to use the EmC process. You will have access to Live EmC Training Sessions, which include demonstration video clips with detailed analysis and so much more!
