The training relative to change is very important both personally as well as in business. Change is an every day issue in business and it's great to get trained to both deal with it as well as help others.

I liked the "refresher" from the last session at the beginning of the day. Managing change is very helpful in my current role. Rick is very engaging and always provides great examples to give context to the subject he's talking about. Great session!

There was very little I did not agree with. I normally fear roleplay but this workshop was good for me. Rick seems very knowledgeable on every question we had.
