Microsoft Project 2016 is one of the most popular scheduling and project management programs on the market. This course covers the basics of using Project 2016 and how to set up a simple project, including how to configure the project calendar, tasks, resources, and more.

This is the second part of our two-part training for Microsoft Project 2016. It looks at advanced skills and builds upon skills participants developed in part one. Working with Project Calendars

Once participants are familiar with the basics, it’s time to move onward. The second lesson takes a look at how to manage project time frames and how to change working time.

Working with Project Tasks

Tasks get a full consideration here as students are shown how to manage project tasks and add summary tasks and milestones.

Working with Project Resources

This is where students will learn more about project resources as the topics here include: manage project resources, and allocate and level work resources.

This final lesson covers project plans and looks at how to print project views, share projects, and export projects.

Generating Project Views

The four topics in this lesson are: Use View Commands, Use Existing Views, Create Custom Views, and Format and Share the Timeline View.
