Mastering Behavioral Interviewing
Finding the right employee begins the customer service process. The selection of your employees is as critical as the training of your employees. We must select people with the proper DATA: Desire, Attitude, Talent and Ability. This workshop provides the newly appointed supervisor the ability to their past behavior on the job. With this process, it is impossible for the candidate to fake good.
Companies of the future must look for employees who understand the needs of the organizations as well as their own. These employees must be empowered and trained for a better return on investment.
