Build High-performing Teams

Train managers to navigate team dynamics to develop high performance. Enjoy an interactive and collaborative learning experience through this 3-hour training, which focuses on activity- and practice-based learning to hone key skills. This training session, run by one of McLean’s experienced facilitators, is completely online; this means learning can happen anywhere, any time.

What’s it like to participate?

• Two 3-hour live online sessions focused on encouraging cohort interaction.
• Various activities designed to encourage immediate framework application.
• Workbook activities and note-taking opportunities throughout the session.

During two 3-hour sessions, a manager and their team will develop a deeper understanding of their own and others' strengths. This training includes an SDI 2.0 strengths assessment for each participant with a team debrief and guided team charter build.

After completing this training on building high-performing teams participants will be able to:

• Understand themselves and others to leverage unique differences.
• Recognize the four distinct phases of the team lifecycle.
• Use the IDEA model of team effectiveness to create an atmosphere of psychological safety.
• Create an environment of healthy conflict.
