Employee Value Proposition
Train HR professionals to develop a unique employee value proposition (EVP) for their organization to reinforce their talent management strategy and differentiate the organization from key talent competitors.
This 1-hour online course is a part of McLean & Company's Culture Certificate within our McLean Academy learning platform, and completed courses count toward CPD/PDC hours and credits.
