Innovation Culture

Give HR professionals a solid understanding of what innovation means and why having an innovative culture is important to organizational success. This program teaches participants to identify the current state of innovation, key innovation drivers, and how HR can embed behaviors that reinforce a culture of innovation within the organization.

This 1-hour online course is part of McLean & Company's Culture Certificate within our McLean Academy learning platform, and completed courses count toward CPD/PDC hours and credits. McLean Academy is a self-paced eLearning program for HR professionals. The curriculum is built around McLean's HR framework and provides practical, outcome-driven advice on tackling HR initiatives.
