McLean Academy is a series of online courses designed to further your HR team's professional development and increase functional capability. Built around McLean's HR framework, the learning content is practical, outcome-driven research delivered by experts in the field. Learners will be able to earn certificates by completing all core courses in a topic area and gain CPD/PDC hours and credits. Core courses count toward earning your certificate. McLean Academy also has a series of elective courses for those who want to do a deeper dive in each area of McLean's HR framework and still earn CPD/PDC hours and credits. Elective courses do not count toward earning your certificate.
