Workforce Planning
This course will train HR professionals to create a workforce planning process that is aligned with organizational needs and capabilities. Workforce planning ensures that the right talent is always available when and where it is needed.
This 1.5-hour online course is part of McLean & Company's Talent Management Certificate within our McLean Academy learning platform, and completed courses count toward CPD/PDC hours and credits.
