Course description

Performance Planning Session

Define your retail organization's sales, service, and management priorities and build organizational alignment around the path forward as you prepare to launch a retail training initiative.

Before the session, an Omega Performance subject matter expert will conduct an in-depth Performance Analysis, during which our subject matter expert will meet with employees at all levels of your retail organization and we will conduct an online survey of all of the employees within your retail organization to help identify your organization's strengths and weaknesses and improve our ability to partner with you to ensure your initiative's long-term success.

After the Performance Analysis, our facilitator will conduct the one-day Performance Planning Session, which will lay the groundwork for our successful partnership with your organization. During the Performance Planning Session, we'll discuss the findings of the Performance Analysis, and work with you to define your organization's sales, service, and management priorities using our propietary Performance Priority Calculator. Next we'll partner with you to identify potential obstacles, identify ways to overcome them, and guide you as you begin crafting a compelling message that will communicate your initiative and its goals to your organization.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Strengthen best practice priorities for sales, service and management activities
  • Create opportunities to deliver superior customer experiences
  • Increase focus on key business initiatives and targeted goals
  • Develop more focused individuals who are aligned with the organization's vision and objectives

Anyone who is part of the retail management team will benefit from tis session. Additionally, it is beneficial to include a cross-section of retail management levels from across the organization.
