Orange Grove Consulting specializes in helping organizations improve diversity, equity and inclusivity through a set of consulting tools and training programs. Our training programs can be delivered as virtual blended (with both asynchronous content and synchronous sessions), as in-person workshops, or as 100% asynchronous online courses. Our end goal is to uncover and remove the limiting aspects of talent potential and processes to create more innovative, inclusive and competitive workplaces.

Our philosophy is that inclusive behaviors can be taught; just like with other leadership/soft skills, it is a matter of identifying and developing specific skillets. People must be offered training to learn those skills and given the opportunity to practice integrating them; inclusion is not achieved through a one-and-done, check-the-box lecture. Using cognitive-behavioral-theory practices, we teach leaders and individual contributors how to apply inclusive skills in everyday situations so that inclusion becomes ingrained in the culture. 

Using our thought leadership as outlined in our latest book, The Next Smart Step, we apply a process framework of Mindset Shift, Skillset Development, and Environment/Process change to support organizations working to create a more equitable workplace. Our training programs provide the twenty-first century skillsets leaders need to manage a diverse team and transform inclusion from a vision to reality.
